Diversity & Inclusion

At Reny®, equality and diversity are integral to our working environment, hiring practices, client relationships, partnerships, and creative endeavours. We lead by example, guided by the values of fair representation and the need for effective methods to address disadvantage and marginalization in business and society. We are committed to the principles outlined in the Australian Human Rights Commission Act, engaging directly with clients, partners, employees, and suppliers to meet any reasonable adjustments or access requirements.

As a partly minority-owned business, we reflect the diversity of society and enact relevant procedures to resolve any potential issues. We establish expected behaviours in compliance with our policies and principles, actively challenging prejudice and taking immediate action against any form of discrimination. Our goal is to remove unnecessary barriers and limits that minorities face in the workplace, support employees and clients without bias, and continuously review our actions and policies.

Social & Environmental

Reny® advocates for sustainable and responsible actions in all business procedures. We regularly review our ecological impact, making business decisions that benefit all parties, including the environment. Our operations are powered by 100% green or renewable energy, and we strive to minimize waste through digital, editorial, and web-based work. We are committed to carbon offsetting and sustainable practices, reflected in our signing of the Web Sustainability Manifesto and our participation in Design Declares.

We educate our staff on the importance of an environmentally conscious lifestyle, encouraging minimal travel and healthy choices. Our commitment to sustainability is integrated into our business decisions, aiming to work with like-minded clients, partners, and staff.

Ethics & Transparency

Transparency and ethics are core to Reny®’s operations. We maintain honesty, trust, and integrity in our interactions with clients and partners. We welcome questions about our processes and services, and we are clear about our methods and practices. Our ethical business practice is a means of positive motivation for ourselves and those we work with.

We maintain a narrative of honesty and integrity, sharing skills and knowledge without expecting returns. This approach creates meaningful and lasting connections, ensuring that our business relationships are based on mutual respect and trust.

Civic Engagement & Giving

Reny® is committed to community engagement and support. We offer advice and support to other organizations during challenging times, providing our services at no cost when needed. We mentor young creatives and engage with initiatives that promote value-driven business and positive social engagement.

Our monthly roundtable meetings create connections between local professionals, providing a space to share thoughts and ideas. Feedback from these sessions informs our practices, helping us understand how to better serve businesses and create a positive impact.

Partner Care & Standards

Reny® values all our clients and partners, providing impartial and fair treatment at every stage. We regularly check in with employees and clients through structured meetings and feedback forms, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

As a minority-owned business, we support other underserved businesses through a matrix and cross-subsidization model, making our skills and resources accessible. We maintain transparency in our processes, using accessible tools like Notion Dashboard for client visibility and bi-weekly internal retrospective meetings to improve our services.

Following project completion, we obtain feedback and conduct quarterly follow-up meetings to ensure ongoing impact and client satisfaction.
