Job Description:
We seek a Permanent Part-Time CFO to join our dynamic team at RENY®Studio. In this role, you will be responsible for cash flow planning, forecasting, cost analysis, project costing, and other financial management tasks for our digital design agency. We are open to candidates with or without experience in the design agency industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage cash flow planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Conduct cost analysis and project costing to support decision-making
- Oversee financial planning and analysis for the business, including budgeting and forecasting
- Manage financial audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance requirements
- Collaborate with other leaders at RENY®Studio to support business growth and financial sustainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial management, including cash flow planning, forecasting, cost analysis, and project costing
- Strong knowledge of financial software, Excel, and other financial tools
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience in the design agency industry is preferred but not required
