We are looking for an experienced sales leader focusing on digital solutions to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including new clients and upselling to existing clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create proposals and pitches that meet the needs of potential clients
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a digital agency or a related industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong understanding of digital marketing and/or web design and development is a plus.
